Since opening our doors in 2001, NEST+m has received numerous accolades for academic excellence—for the school in general and for individual students. School-wide awards and recognition include the following:

2011–12
- UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon visits NEST+m to speak to Upper School students on October 24, 2011
- The 4th Annual College Fair hosts an unprecedented 40 Colleges/Universities on October 11, 2011

  - Middle School Girls Soccer Team wills New York City Championship with a 15-0 record
