Science Seminars

In order to bring the world of scientific research to the students of NEST+m, the Upper School sponsors a series of Science Seminars, at which scientists from institutions such as Columbia, Harvard, NYU, and MIT discuss their cutting-edge research in fields as diverse as string theory, health care, holograms, stem cells, global warming, and archaeology. These seminars not only provide windows to pose questions but also afford students the unique opportunity to engage in a one-on-one dialogue with the visiting scientist. Students, parents, and faculty are all invited to attend upcoming seminars
