Upper School Guidance

As the Upper School Guidance Counselors, we work closely with students to maximize their experiences at NEST+m and encourage them to use all of the resources available to them. We begin by assisting new students through the transition from middle school to high school, and throughout the year, we provide individual and group counseling to help students in their academic, personal, social, and career development. We also work with the teachers and administration to identify students in need of support and monitor their progress as the school year gets under way. We work with all students to ensure they fulfill graduation requirements, conduct mediation sessions, operate the Health Resource Room, and provide crisis intervention. Please contact us with any questions about how we can help you succeed personally and academically during your time at NEST+m.

Upper School On-line Programming
During the two-week window (April 19th-30th) Upper School 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students will be able to select their fall 2010 courses on-line. This  procedure will be introduced in the students' English classes. However, students may then continue to select or revise their choices at home, at school, or at any computer with internet access until the deadline, May 1st at 1 am.
