• Building Belonging by Dr Kelly Bird Parent Workshop, Part 1 9:15-10:45am 

In the first session, we'll explore mission alignment, develop a shared vocabulary, and practice strategies for engaging in courageous conversations about race, bias, and identity—essential steps toward cultivating a community where everyone feels seen and valued. (10/27)

The second session focuses on systemic change—assessing where NEST+m School falls on the DEI continuum, clarifying the differences between equality, equity, and justice, and creating actionable goals and accountability structures. (11/17)

The series is designed for parents committed to fostering a more inclusive and connected school environment, this workshop centers belonging as both a personal experience and a collective responsibility.
