Starting Monday, February 10, families can take the survey at nycschoolsurvey.org or by logging into their NYC Schools account.

Families will use their student’s OSIS number to take the survey. Enter a lower case "f" followed by their child's nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) number to access the survey (e.g. f123456789). 

Fill out a survey for EACH child in your household.

New this year: Schools which reach 85% participation receive the Green Ribbon Recognition Award!
