Proceeds from this event are tracked by each grade and are meant to help decrease 5^th, 8^th and 12^th grade celebration/ceremony costs for families.

Here are the details: 

• 
  Jugs will be in the lobby March 9-13. One jug per grade.
• 
  If kids put coins in the jugs, it increases their overall point total.  We would like to encourage early participation, and not leaving it until Friday, so: 
  • 
    Coins on Monday will have a 2x bonus
  • 
    Coins on Tuesday will have a 1.5x bonus
  • 
    Coins on Wednesday-Friday will be counted normally
• 
  If they put bills in the jugs, it decreases the point total (but increases the overall fundraising total)
• 
  Foreign coins are encouraged and also increase point level by .25 (like a quarter). 
• Daily updates will be sent stating which grade is in the lead each day, and we also have a bulletin board outside the main office.
• 
  On Friday, end of day, the grade with the most points will win a free movie event with snacks!!
• 
  We raised $13,000 last year, so we're upping our goal to $15k.
• 
  Each grade’s total $$ is tracked by our School Business Manager for them to access when they get to 5^th, 8^th and 12^th.

 Note: Parents are responsible for talking with your children to make sure any money they bring in is allowable. Because donations are anonymous, and we have no way of knowing who is bringing in which coins or bills, all donations are non-refundable.
