Please SELECT a time slot on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 or THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 4.

Please BRING the following items:

  • of course - your child!
  • your child's June report card
  • child’s birth certificate or passport
  • government-issued photo ID for one parent/guardian
  • two proofs of residential address (lease/deed/utility bill)

We are located on the corner of Houston and Columbia Street. SEE MAP

Please enter through the Parking Lot Entrance off of Houston Street. Come up the ramp, enter the Lobby and sign in with the Safety Agent.
