Accepted K Families please SIGN UP for an Intake Appointment.

Please select which day you will attend with your child:
Please BRING the following items:
child’s birth certificate or passport
government-issued photo ID for one parent/guardian
two proofs of residential address (lease/deed/utility bill)
of course - your child!
Also, please complete Registration for your child no later than June 12.
We are located on the corner of Houston and Columbia Street. SEE MAP

ORIENTATION from 8:30 am - 10:00 am - Auditorium
PTA MEET & GREET from 10:00 am -10:30 am - Courtyard
