All 11th grade students will sit for the SAT exam and 10th Grade students will sit for the PSAT exam on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, during the school day at NEST+m.
All PSAT and SAT exams are now digital and students must use a school chromebook. The Dept of Education will pay for the exams and has been offering this opportunity for all NYC DOE students for the last few years.
Below is important information to know about the day:
- Students need to arrive at NEST+m no later than 8am
- Testing begins at 8:30am; students are NOT allowed into testing rooms after it begins
- Room assignments will be posted in the gallery walk; students need to report to that room when they arrive at school
- Students completed a digital readiness check today in ELA classes; if accommodations are incorrect from the digital readiness check they need to speak to Ms. Glickman immediately
- Official SAT Digital Prep is available on Khan Academy
- All electronic devices must be turned off and stored in their pouches at the front of the testing room
- Students will be dismissed when their exam finishes (see timing below).
- Students can bring their calculator as long as it adheres to the Collegeboard expectations (below is a list of approved calculators)

Approximate dismissal times based on exam administration:
- standard administration will end approximately at 11am
- time and a half administration will end approximately at 1pm
- double time administration will end approximately at 2:30pm
