K-5, offsite every day with pickup at NEST+m. 14th St Y staff will pick the students up and take them on the MTA bus to the 14th Street Y (the stop is right in front of the building).

Off-campus Programs (pick-up at NEST+m)

  • SWAN After School Chinese Immersion Program: SWAN offers bus transportation to their facilities.
  • Henry Street Settlement: The Henry Street Settlement, located on the Lower East Side, just blocks from NEST+m, will pick up students and take them to their After Care at 301 Henry Street, which offers snacks, homework help, and various activities on all school days.

The following are some of the after-school programs and classes that are nearby, but do not offer transportation from NEST+m.

MIDDLE GRADES 6-8

The SONYC Program at NEST+m offers free on-site after school programs for students in grades 6-8. The program is one of 20+ after school programs overseen by Grand Street Settlement, a non-profit organization focused on youth and community development since 1916. SONYC receives its funding from NYC's Department of Youth and Community Development.
